To create a new RiderNet profile, check out the Member User Guide - Create a Profile
To Reset your RiderNet password, click 'forgot password' and follow the prompts. To see a step-by-step process, check out Member User Guides - Password Rest
To Link Family Members, go to your Profile and click Family Members > Add. You will need to provide the ID, DOB and name of the family member which you wish to link. Please see the Member User Guide - Family Link for a complete guide.
Riding Numbers can be requested via your Profile > Riding Numbers, otherwise, you can directly contact your SCB. They will have information regarding the availability of number in their database.
Logbooks can be ordered via your Profile Page > Endorsements. Click 'order logbook' and this will notify the RCB of your request. Please ensure address details are as up to date as possible and please allow for up to two (2) weeks for processing.
Suspension clearances can be submitted via your Profile > Suspensions. Please add the required clearance documents that addresses the suspension details and the RCB who suspended will be notified. Please allow for up to five (5) business days for clearance. If you have not had any response, please contact your RCB for additional follow-up.
Personal Information, can be edited via your Profile > Personal Information, click Edit to update. Please note, details such as Name and DOB cannot be edited by the Member, please contact your RCB to update these details if required.
